(4.) Advices for getting rid of the old profession that you don't like

THIS PART HAS NOT YET BEEN TRANSLATED. THE EARLIER PARTS, WHICH YOU SHOULD START WITH, ARE IN ENGLISH!

OBSERVE: Read this blog in the numerical order. The blog starts from the text To a dream job (learning talents) and the next one is How to learn everything at the same time (learning skills). In learning talents and skills it is important to invest a lot to the advices of those two texts and maybe read them severalt imes. The other texts are ONLY for those who dream of changing profession!
The part 3. Advices for life (?) gives advices in changing to any dream profession, but this part is only for those who dream of a raduical change in profession and NOT to those who think that just a change to a neighbouring profession would be the best option.
Obs! Read this part ONLY IF you fail in getting rid of the of profession that you don't like. But remember that also then it is important to read the whole blog, since you need support also for succeeding in getting to other professions and the advices in this blog are based on just the earlier three texts 1. To a dream job, 2. Learning everything at the same time and 3. Advices for life. This blog has lots of things said, so read also thos eparts which were not marked important in the headers.

These are just some advices that came to my mind, even though I do not know the whole thing.

I removed from this blog post the untranslated Finnsih part

3. Advices for life (for changing profession)

Observe: Start from the beginning of this blog!!! This blog is based on the first two advices: how to learn talents and skills for your dream job or favourite hobby...

These numbered advices are only for changing profession. These are advices for your whole life, not to be followed only professionally!

1. When you drop away following habits and prejudices, your capacity opens to many times larger and to richer, like on a person who carried some boxes but now lets go of one's hands.

2. Don't use your time to habitual waiting but think, what if you were 15 years old: how much you think you could develop in two weeks on a summer holiday and how deeply change in a half a year? You do not need to be any slower now: grasp the moment, your memories can stay for a lifetime, you can in a few minutes learn a new thing of something that you really want to learn...

3. Do many kinds of things that you are interested in, so your capacity does not get tired of too habitual and struck ways. (See my blog http://workandfreetime.blogspot.fi)

4. Hundreds of advices about increasing skill on my video channel http://www.youtube.com/khtervola on playlists, mostly soundless text videos in English - bladdre through the headlines of each playlist and watch the ones that you are interested in to learn.

5. Look at my painting of a blue dog. It's head advices to choose goals according to one's biggest dreams, the chest to use excellent atmospheric way of sensing a landscape of the subject of one's biggest dreams and sturdy front paws advice to use a good basic way of doing which makes your observations a ground for your everyday skills. Like this you can lkearn well and quickly new skills in the areas of your biggest dreams.

IMPORTANT
6. Create yourself a social place as someone with your loved areas of life as hobbies. It doesn't go by waiting for others to give you room in that direction, instead you need to on your own have those things as your hobbies so that you really concentrate into them and consequently have the spirit and view to the world of them. Only then others recognize you as that way inclined, but like-minded company you need to find elsewhere from new aquiantages.
Don't use the style of your present profession but instead of your dream professions, amnd the same witrh their habits, values, social atmosphere, subjects to talk about, rythm of life, etc, because with your social and professional style you vote about where you belong.

7. In the eyes of one's social environment choises of life are often made like a very stupid man: I am doing this, so I am this type of person! Do work like, reach for the right direction in a way that takes time, get something concretical done in that way, and so you are on that road...

8. What is your biggest dream that seems impossible to reach, may be the way you differ most from the average, and so the best choise to be the subject of your job. So practise with your biggest dreams as your guide! Don't neglect basic skills either but do at least part of the time those things too with a good style. Pay attention also to the neighbouring professions of your biggest dream, which are fascinating in their own ways (This is IMPORTANT when you want to increse your talent in your dream job and change your social type to be inclined to your dream professions!) and practise (with full hearted intention to be their professionsl) also theri talents and skills...

9. As long as you shine in just your parents' dream professions, it feels like the whole world with all it's social contacts and tangles and practical demands were forcing you to those professions, because people think that they are how you are incllined, but when you give up being reliable in your oarent's style to do things and instead concentrate into fullfilling the demands of your own distant dream professions, then your environment changes to demanding those things that yu greatky value from you, so then you have kind of gained the freedom of wander and do things in the world just as you like.

10. Arrange your home under the rule of your most loved dreams, things connecting to biggest dreams on main places, other things where ever and the nastiest throw away. This way you get your phere of life immediately according to your biggest dreams, and not just according to the demands of living the veryday life, so you get those things to central role in your life which you really want to such position.

11. When you want o stabilize you new skills to be parts of your everyday repertuaire, look at life from a perspective that emphasizes them. Return to that dear viewpoint of your dreams again and again, really a hundred or a thousand times a day, so you get that viewpoint to be the ground for your everyday life.

12. If you need a better thinking ability, read the thinking course in my blog http://quickerlearning.blogspot.fi

13. These advices ought to help from any profession to any quite distant or distant dream profession: with my thinking corúrse ( http://quickerlearning.blogspot.fi ) a cleaning woman to computer engineering (or whatever your biggest dream is) or this blog in itself for example an engineer to art or a burn-out academical to practical job, and so on, and os on. Good luck!

14. If you like thsi are able to change your job at least halfway toward your distant dreams, getting elements of those distant dreams to be parts oif your job, it is much better than changing to just the neighbouring job. But to be successful in that demands that you with a full heart reach for your distant dreams and so change what type of person you are.

IMPORTANT
15. In these advices the most important are excellent attention or in other words experiencing strongly and richly, and choosing vocabulary according to one's dream: your dearest dream in other words the goal in other words the ideal serves as building instruction drawing and determines the type of building blocks used.

16. If you try this, you would maybe first feel relieved and happy when your dream profession seems possible. Then after some time when you are used to a broader life, then maybe feel sad, when you as stronger in order to heal old woulds, mourn earlier times when you were not able to choose your profession and your inclination toward certain types of jobs. But across time you will fell much better, free'er and happier!

17. Don't make a rigid form of what you have learned, to follow, instead learn to notice yourself how things are and what would be the best choise of what to do at each moment. When you follow your feelings of what feels the most central or most urgent to do, you will find the best roads to successes, because your motivation reflects naturally your best understanding about the subject.

18. What you daily excell in and get position from, what are your meaningful achievements and your successes, determines your profession to a large extend. So train just the skills of your dream professions! And avoid achieving continually in the demands of professional ability of such professions that you absolutely do not want tinto them. Show that you do well on other areas of life that are better suited for yourself.

19. Study this blog again many times. At the first time you notice that your dream is possible, on the second one you will have the courage to really reach for your dreams, on the third time you will know the advices, on the fourth you can fix the points that were left lacking, ...

20. If your everyday style flattens your new fine ream profession's style and taht way destroys any bigger convincing appearance on your dream profession, try for a while to concentrate only into fullfilling the demands of your dream job and drop away for a moment your old familiar everyday style. Like this you can increase your professional skills in the new profession and get a more fascinating everyday life which concentrates on the demands of the new profession and no longer of the old one.

21. Try following these advices first for fun to learn something of your dream profession, then as your hobby among other hobbies, later as a serious interest, as your professional inclination, as your area of professional practising and at teh end as a job in your dream professions...

22. If your skills still are lacking some side, apply the same advice to that too: concentrate in a way that experiences strongly and richly also those sides of things, in order to get your skills ok also in what comes to those sides of them.

23. If you for a half a year with a serious mind have your dream job as a hobby according to these advices, you can learn to be insightful and meaningful in your skills like you thought that others only could, to more talented that you thought that you could develop if you majored in your dream job. Try!

24. When you thsi way can change your professional incvlination, you will notice that you have much more grounds for your dream profession - now taht you have also skills and talents - than ground for staying on the old unsuitable profession. Life has changed to be magnifient like a movie.

25. When you like this learn to fulfill your dreams, you need not stay at the institutionalized level of those professions but instead can reach up to your dreams. And you can do the same also to other dreams of you.Like thsi seems the diffenernce between dreams and possibilities disappear: you can reach ads far as your livelily dream about. Can things be so superbly? I guess that they can, it seems so, at least I have myself learned many new talents and sills so that only my highjest dreams were such.
And there is the point that age brings the same thing: you cnahge toward your biggest dreams, since only to the demands f those you have the energy to adapt to endlessly with your every cell and your way of life, and trying with time toward one's biggest dreams takes care of the rest: after five or ten years you surprisingly do not live the life of one with more experience in a hobby but instead the life of a person with real insight, who meets the whole thing in the finest form that fascinates you the most, of the one from whom you have copied from endlessly even though you thought that you could never reach so high! What wasd five years ago just an unreachable dream, can be already toway the practical reality in your life and an essential part of your identity!

26. The advices of thsi blog apply to only goals that are values as themselves, to things that you value because of themselves and not as tools for something else. These advices do not work of you reach for skills in some profession for example because of the money or position that they bring or as a tool to something else at large. The way you learn skills in this is based on your respect for that profession, not to the motivation brought by money or position.
If some profession does not interest you in itself but only as a tool to something else, you do not have insight about why the things in that area of life are magnifient, you do not have the motivation to change to be like the demands of that profession demand, your interest isn't enough to bring a good attention with which to learn just the things in that profession well and you do not have the nergy to endlessly do things in taht area of life. But you would have these good sides if the profession would be your dream job as a value in itself, with it's own fascination and not because of money or position.

IMPORTANT
27. If you ever can, move to live in an area whose way of living and doing you like and whose main sources of income you consider fine nice things in the world and one of which is your dream job or jobs near it. Avoid living in towns or villages which get their main income from the jobs that you absolutely want to avoid. For example capitaldistrict and academical professions, villages with summer cottages and nature, big art happenings. Each district values it's main sources of income, has ways suited to it and it builds cultral wisdom about supporting those areas of life, so that you will gain professional skills in those areas of life just by living in that district!
(If you are successful in choosing right kind of district and move there at once, maybe the rest of changing profession goes by itself along the local culture.)

28. If you are in friendly terms with your parents and other aquiantages, you get influencies from their pictures of the world, values, sphere of life, type of social relationships and rythm of life, and so you cannot as fluently create new different type of social relationships and adopt other kinds of social classifications in life. So one ought to be in close relationship only with tose who share your dream about what kind of way of life is the best. Each close relationship is like an animal tied to a pole: it determines your pshere of life.

29. If you always need to interperete your actions to the more stupid or to people inclined in other ways than yourself, so that it is seen in your looks too, it is typically considered professional proudness and your own inclination to those dream jobs of others that you interprete to. Use straight your dreams' style, your own natural best dream like looking at things, associating with the things you dream about, and accept that the more stupid and theones inclined to other areas of life claasifie you as nonsense - to a classification from which you find fine people like you and a dream job!

30. As time goes your aquiantages grow into different directions and their new dreams and values can be like from a different planet than yours. S it is no wonder that you cannot share your new hobbies and values with them. Instead those with whom you now share your biggest dreams are yuourcomrades on life's road and help you a little bit or even more to a direction they feel right. But don't confuse them to be the old professionals of your dream professions, since such can have already other dreams and values and be just fed up with that dream professions of yours. Those teachers and more advanced in your dream professions with whom you get at the same wavelenght can teach yu many important lessons. Good study books give many valueáble forefigures, but those too are worth reading without losing one's own insight - the sa,me warning about courses, but those whowrite books are often best from a wider group than those who keep courses.

31. When you this way reach talents and skills in your dream profession and get your social classification and what type of person you are to be more like your dream professions, it may be that learning new things alomst stops for some time, but it is just getting accustomed to new things and setting new goals higher which was made possible by your new skills. It is the time to grow a new step with another chanracter toward your dreams.

32. When you associate with isntitutions, you get lots of influenceien from them of those sides that you associate wiuth, influencies to yur picture of the world, to your social classification and to your social environment: their picture of the world, values and attitude get repeated in your social environment when it tries to estimate what type of person you are and how to treat you. So don't apply for jobs at a job burerau specialiced to jobs that you don't like, baceuse it often pressures you toward them also with the force of your social conatcts. Instead apply for jobs already to begin with from a job bureau that offers jobs just in your dream jobs, since it is likely to pressure yu toward them. Tell them that you are ready to move to get a job, even on short notice, if you can find such job. Don't count as your relatives and as your family your childhood's family and blood relatives, even if the official would do so, but only your spouce, your kinds and those of your friends who share your dream about right ways of living. At large pay lots of attention to what sides of institutions you associate with and choose them wisely! Do you borrow from the library and read ony art books, or only handicraft books, or only fact literature decides accross weeks and months a lot about what is your sphere of life, your context that you act in. Also do you go to library at all (academically oriented), or not (practically oriented, social type, beauty oriented) or if you go only to music departemnt of it (room for feelings), creates social atmoshphere to your enviornmet ands so creates your sphere of life. It matters a lot to your sphere of life if you last time went to a book store (nad have lots of books) or a to a green plants seller.

33. You have to give up your old profession's choises of life and concentrate on your new area sof life and be ready to learn new things on them so that you will say like a duck "kaa" when they start to guide you to their work in them.

34. Usually when someone learns the skills of some area of life as a kid, he/she knows them as parts of one's everyday way of looking at things. But when he/she or someone else teaches them onwards to new persons interested in the area, they go via written langauge and school like ways to looka t tghings, and so the stuident does not himself/herself figure anything new in taht area but is forced to ask for help from others ine verything. So one should live one's everyday life and from that ordinary basic life be tuned to observing nyances and features that bring the slills that one is interested in. For example if one is interested in finding and learning a spehere of life and way of life that suit oenself, one should be sensitive to notice from one's experiebce of life the things that feel most right, best life, best suited for oneself, and recognize their features, what things in life bring them: are there certain environement, certain possibilities (what creatyes them?) and so on, and then pick those to be one's own choices.

35. Have a music hobby and find out by experimenting whixc artists make your life wiork out well. Some music, even if it were fasciunating and touching, is anyway harmful, for example because it offers a way of life that has drawbacks and weaknesses. Some music, even if it were not quite your own style, can have wisdom of life and help to better roads in life.

IMPORTANT
36. When a person grows up and becomes an adult, starts individual life and finds a like-minded pair, they usually naturally raise their children according to their own ways of living but the children have their own spirit and need room for themselves. So whenthey grow up, they wander off to find a way of living suited to themselves. If they do not succeed but there is too muc influence from childhood family's picture of the world and skills, their profession maybe is also too much like their parents' ideals and not suited to themselves. Then one needs totake more distance to parents and to aquiantages that are like-minded for them, and spend at least a few hours a day in doing things in one's own most loved areas of life and their dreams, in order to have that atmosphere oneself too and be accepted in such circles. One can get distance to old professions and partly to aquiantages liking them by being poibtedly honest in the main courses that one supports and in which one can make the choise, like "Tourism professions are better than engineering professions. I guess that I will change jobs." and also follow all the time these min courses. When the social environment changes, it no longer forces one to be alike them and in wrong professions, instead ofg them one has the ideals of one's dream professions and the work ethics of one's dream jobs. When ONE'S SOCIAL CLASSIFICATION IS RIGHT VIA SKILLS, TALENTS AND THINGS DONE AND INTERESTS SHOWN ALL THE TIME IN PRACTISE (obs. This is different from working until you are exhausted and so losingyour interest.), then it is much easier to see who forces to what and why: all try force you to be like themselves and act that their own profession is the best in the world. It is just so that you do not need to be in a wrong profession, instead you can have your own interests and find work suited for your type of person, but it is much easier once you manage to get classified to be like that.

IMPORTANT
37. Age is not obstacle to changing profession. Age brings experience of learning and studying, of different types of working places, of one's own dreams, of one's own character being suited to what kind of tasks, of human rekationships, of wisdom of life, of the world and different areas of life and of skill and different types of persons. So when you are older you can succeed much easier in what your skills just weren't enough at all whenyou were younger. One doing somnething for a first time or for first months are clearly different in skills from someone who has  for ten or twenty years practised many kinds of thigs that are needed in life or somehow good for you.

38. I canged a red-pink outlook for this blog because if you like some job so much that you seek a pair preferably from it, it would be great if you with the help of the advices in this blog could get just that job to be your own job! Or at least your would develop in talents in it and be able to change your sphere of life a lot to that direction...

IMPORTANT
39. It is likely that you have gotten an upbringing that says that "all" think in certain ways certain things a certain amount and do carefully in certain ways certain other things and neglect a certain amount some certain other type of things. "Amazingly" copying that then leads you to those professions that your parents always liked or were inclined toward. For you to get to your own dream professions, you should replace that style and those values of "all" by the ways of doing, style, values and view to the world of "all (in your own opinion" finest people (of your own dream professions)". Different people have different wisdom of life. That is why they are also suited to different professions. Learn to live according to your OWNwisdom of life and following your OWN forefigures that you most admire, and you are likely to get to professions that fascinate just YOURSELF. We spend almost all our days in some ordinary style taht we think ok: adjust that ordinary style = way of doing so that it cultivates just the things that you yourself value sin your own life and in the world (and neglects somewhat the things that would otherwise get a too big role in your life)!

40. I bladdred the beginning of an occult(?) book called "Raha ja elämäntehtävä" (=Money and major endeavour in life) by Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer. (If you happen to read it, notice that it is written by very skilled people: for you to get the result you hope for, you have to carefully fullfill every point in the advices of the book and not just somehow, but then I guess it would work evne though it promices a lot.) It seems to say taht in some things we are naturally more energetic than in other things, and it is natural that in just such things we get done something which becomes our source of income. So that which we in our heart feel to be the right profession for ourselves, really is the best profession for us in what comes to getting work done and getting paid.
The book recommends "affirmations": by saying aloud our goal in the form in which it inspires us most, we naturally find from our own skills routes to make those dreams real and our feelings give us energy for it.

41. The same book advices that one can "magnetize" one's own dreams to one's life: in other words by adopting at once your dream way of life in practise in yoru life, you see how it solves the tasks of your daily life, what kind of dream job you can get by living that way, which kind of work suits it best and how to develop in the skills of that way of life via experience. It is as if you had stepped to a stepping stone that is at the right place in your life and the orrangements, that yoy manage to do from that ground, ring just the right kind of music in your heart: you are happy and satisfied with your life's content and your sphere of life. Right way to live is a skill, which one can learn via experience, just like I earlier adviced you to choose building blocks according to the ideal, while having the ideal as the building's technical drawing. When you live just like what your inner nature is like in yoru heart, you are not all the time reaching for other places, to other kind of life, but instead the arrangements that you make are reliable and lasting, very happy for you, and others too feel that they have met you as the person you really are. And so you maybe find a new job that fits you even better than your dreams used to be.
(Added after over 500 points in this text:
But I think that you can think of your dream job that way but to others you must mention it more distantly, as an easy dry classification so that it is easy for them to handle even if they have low capacity and low interest in the type of job and value low that type of of contetnt to life. Like if you like fine complex things tasting of life, sometimes one can classify them as "art" for which you happen to have enough talents. The way you experience something is different from the way to mentioning it to others who are different type of persons or with different interests.)

IMPORTANT
42. When you have gotten energy in your new professions and gotten used to your new output in them, you can when you compare to the old job, notice that in the wrong professions you lacked energy, so you are not fitted to them, especially since you seem better fitted to your dream professions.
When you like thsi get rid of your old misleading professional self-imago, it is time to get a new one. In it you do not need to ponder what is the role of the old professions looking from this new poiunt of view. It is enough to notice that it is marginal and not important, you no longer need to reach points in it, instead it is essential how you with a full heart invest in the new professions' demands on professional skills, attitudes, values and ways of living. Somewhere in what kind of life yu most value, what you most enjoy, what is your dream most and what makes you energetic and brings the profoundity you long for, you have to find your life's new strong current, part of which is also your new job, so your new profession will be too. Instead of choosing profession, choose type things to do and type of content to life taht you dream of, which always give you energetic ways, strenght, profoundity, touch wuth the reality in whays that make you feel good, then with that as a picture of your job you find a job fitted just to yourself. It is essential for the profession not to squeeze you but instead lets you grow toward your dreams: a job that share values and likings with you and in which the demands on professional skills are in your opinion healthy in spirit and those skills needed in your job and in life at large.

43. About practising
Here a piece of advice that I have made about increasing sports talents. It makes one happier and fits all.
"Do not make plans about how to move but decide each second and each fraction of a second anew what right now feels like the best idea about where to move, how to move, in which style, in which attitude, in which mood, with how much eager interest and quickness resulting from that or relaxed awareness or emotionally motivated force,... So you change all the time, your plans change and you learn to pick each fraction of a second just the things that you like best right then to be your goalsetting right then in practice in your movements. So you feel happy and fulfilled. Be wary of boredom and habits."After maybe a dozen attemts that are not stuck in habits, one has enough experience to enlargen this advice about way of moving to be an advice on other areas of life and helps you to reach continually your best, or almost. So you are not left at the level of quality of the circumstances that yu happent o be in, but instead reach you dream style in your daily life.
(More advices for happy life in my blog http://happinesstipsblog.blogspot.com .)

((IF YOU ARE NOT INTENDING TO CHANGE PROFESSION))
44. If you do not want to change profession, these numbered advices are not meant for you. But if you have dear hobbies, you can lean talents and skills for them by the first two advices of this blog.
Also otherwise this blog builds on the effect of those two advices on learning talents and skills: if you do not invest in those with your full heart, you are not likely to develop in talents.
If your job is tirying, but you aren't going to change profession right now, read my blog http://www.SoMuchMoreFreeTime.info about the usefulness of free time for doing work: a four hour day for academical work is the idea, it generalizes also to other professions with wage paid by work done and not by time consumed. See also http://happinesstipsblog.blogspot.fi/2011/10/rise-above-circumstancies.html

45. About practising
If some hobby of yours is mild, it isn't - any longer? - your biggest dream, but instead you have via too rigid forms and a scheduled way of trying lost contact with a way of doing according to your real motivation, so you no longer learn talents on that area. In learning new things it is important to meet your dream in a lively really fascinating form, so that you naturally have a good attention in that area and lots of energy. To learm talents you have to be fascinated and to have endurancy in work you have to like it's basic things to do in the form that you meet them in your daily work, like so much that you do not lose your insight, talents and skills via getting tired of work like that.

46. Work froma  hobby
I read a piece of advice that says that one gets a work out of a hobby when one transforms the thought "I would like to get a work in that profession." to thought "I HAVE TO manage to earn my living by doing work in those nice professions." and also does that amoint of labour for those works in nice professions.
Would that be a good piece of advice for searching for work in a nice profession? I have to earn my living... by work in NICE professions: I have to invest in just those, right now, in practise, by searching for work and by cultivating their professionals skills, be inclined toward just those professions professionally! :)

47. I guess that most in your new profession too have come to that profession via education in it. Education in a profession can make the basic skills of that job habits and make the viewpoint and values they are grounded upon a major current in life and make them one's everyday point of view. Then one can base one's actions on them fully like a real professional, and they don't disappear from the way of other values and action of others like often happens in social situations to someone who just had a hobby alone. So after you have changed your tuning to a new profession, you have to make it's viewpoint a habitual base for your everyday life, like a real professional should. In addition to professional courses, happenings of that new profession help to make it's viewpoint a habitual one, likewise work in that profession or in it's near professions, and even applying for a job/jobs in that  dream profession binds you to it's demands on skills and it's social group.

48. If you are too much socialized toward those who came to your dream profession via professional education in it or toward stuck professionals in it eager to gain points in it, then your actions easily lose their energetic strenght and spirit since their actions lack those. Then it is good to relax your grip somewhat, since you are not looking for such way to work or to be unable to work, instead it is good to look elsewhere entirely other professions, since it is just good if you have many convincing options of what kind of dream job to choose, since that describes what type of things you are interested in, what type of person you are . And then when you via some roundabout route find again the fascination of your new dream profession, maybe after a week or a month, then you have it easier to learn everything without giving up good psirit, and then you don't identify any longer too mcuh with what was poor quality in the workers of that profession, but find the original motivational factoprs of them though even though they have been buried under wrong kind of work attitudes and so you can at that be social with them and at the same skill level with them.

49. Support your dream profession in it's full importancy, and don't let it flatten under facts to some brainless reaching for points and memorizing things from books. Then people think taht you have insight about that profession and are fitted to be it's good quality professional.

 50. Maybe many times when some fascinating courses or some fascinating job seems to be only for others with better luck in life, it is often just a question of time perspective. A time scale fitted to many things would maybe the same as when applying to a hobby course: already half a yera earlier I think taht such course would be nice, maybe that kind of or somewhat like that other kind of course, so I keep an eye when they advertise the courses and read about them. So one has motivation and one has had time to get energy for that, but on the other hand the goal is open, not yet decided, so that one can motivate oneself to many kinds of fascinating new things with an eager mind, learning lots of new things, and from the courses advertisement to the beginning of the course there is just the right time to get tuned to the courses one picked, pick equipments and dream what many kinds of thinsg one would like to learn on the courses. So one does not come straight from another kind of sphere of life, one hasn't practised untill one is tired and so lost the thread f what one is doing, one does not come as stuck to habits but is eager to grasp many kinds of new things in fruitful ways and somehwat motivated by oneself and being prepared by having dreamed. Maybe the same good sides would be good to find in many things, for example in applying for a job and in startimg new things.

2. How to learn all at the same time - drawing and painting (Like this you learn all kinds of skills!)

Skills are often ways of looking at things: when one cancentrates in the right way to right things and notices enough the right structures/regularities (like for example colours with their tones and with what they get compared with), then skill is born from it already without really practising it - maybe in five minutes, maybe in 20, maybe from two day's relaxed hobby. But the difficulty is to find that right way of looking, being drown enough in it and to know what that skill really demands.

I have been making advices to others about skills that I can well. With the same principles I ought to be able to make advices for myself about skills that I want to learn. Just for fun I tried this theoretical view to the skill of painting: "What if one could learn it all at the same time?!" In principle one could... Except that some time would be needed for learning to conceive motorics of hands, learning how different colours of paints behave, etc things demanding experimenting. But the basic principle is always the same:

Drown in the experience so strongly that you notice clearly the different tones of the things that you want to learn, for example instead of noticing just red and green, you drown into enjoying the colours and their tones with their impressions so sensitively and experiencing them with your whoke being that you notice even small differencies in tones as clearly as those of colours earlier. The strenght of the experience brings to you vocabulary for that: this is a cold atmosphere, that is a warm social one, what the different things are like, ever better and better noticing such things. Like this you learn to take into account those things. Then just do so and your skill is ok in what comes to that side of things.

All the taime when you do so, when you concentrate to a new side of things, all the time keep your old skills along, for you to get at the same time both your old skills and the new ones. That does not mean keeping to a stuck view or stuck ways, istead it means relaxation in a lively non flat way, reaching a new inspiration, not from dreams but from the fascination of life at the level of experience, which is born of relaxation and of new beginnings, of letting go of old. You can keep your ability to notice the things that your skill consists of, even if you would lose it's formal side totally. Each time you learn something new and the spirit of your skill gets more profound, at the same time as your old skills stay fully.

So what would this mean for me as a beginner without painting skills? One should learn to notice forms and colours with their tones, atmospheres, states of mind, harmony, balance, rhythms and their encounters, breaks, what gets compared to what, common spirit and it's complex variations,... And to draw and paint them on paper. So one should drown in the world of colours, enjoy forms and structures, give room for feelings and feel how they affect the way one observes things, get more sensitive to observe how atmosphere connects to what one looks at and how, what associations it brings to one's mind, what role things have in the world and how it brings the spirit to things. One should also learn how to move these to paper: I notice a form/structure, I lift it to be a subject of my concentration and my hand draws a line that reflects the structure in my mind. Superfluous lines are important to drop away in this: not writing, not a language of geometrical forms, instead just a feeling and drownig into it draw a line. Likewise the other sides: a clear image in one's mind and drowning into it drawn/painted shape.

* * *

I noticed that I learned painting well and quickly when in addition to this piece of advice I bladdred through a good quality study book of aquarel painting and was left watching some especially fascinating picture in it, trying toconceive how it was so fine, how it had been painted and why it had so good spirit, how the whole so successfull. Then I left the book open at that place for a couple of days or a few and looked at the fascination of the picture every time I was interested ins uch. Then I painted just something that fascinated me (does not need to be the same subject) partly based on my old skills and learning according tyo the previous advice in skill learning new fascinating things and partly based on what I learned by copying from the picture. Like this after painting a few pictures I knew also new skills quite well.
As far as I know also this piece of advice suits also learning other skills. A good quality study book offers model of a skilled forefigure, who can with her/his style, way of doing and by the things picked to the book teach professionals kills of that area of life. Like this one learns the practices of the profession, it's skills, it's view to the world and even values and it's typical spirit of doing.
